ConstructionCamTV contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, without limitation, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and the contents of the ConstructionCamTV site are copyrighted under the United States copyright laws. EarthCam, Inc. retains full and complete property rights to all ConstructionCamTV name, URL's, logos, graphics, intellectual property, software, copyrights and website material developed by EarthCam, Inc.

User agrees that EarthCam, Inc. owns all rights, title and interest in ConstructionCamTV. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service, EarthCam, Inc. grants user a revocable license, but not the right to sublicense, to embed ConstructionCamTV solely on user's website; provided that EarthCam, Inc. retains the right to override any use and/or access to ConstructionCamTV at any time for any reason.

Users may not modify, create derivative works, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, participate in the transfer or sale, or in any way exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of ConstructionCamTV, use of ConstructionCamTV, or access to ConstructionCamTV, in whole or in part. User will comply with EarthCam, Inc.'s general policies, and must comply with any specific policies EarthCam, Inc. may issue, as such policies may be modified by EarthCam, Inc. from time to time with or without notice.

User may not remove any copyright, trademark or other legal notice from any portion of ConstructionCamTV.

EarthCam, Inc. reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to modify, move, edit, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, ConstructionCamTV (or any part thereof) with or without notice. User agrees that EarthCam, Inc. shall not be liable to user or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of ConstructionCamTV.
